When I feel weak and worn out 

this Painted Poem piece always gives me a positive shower -

colour of crimson

vigor of Tai fish

and

a reminder of thankfulness -

-TAI in Japanese means : Red Sea Bream, symbolizes celebration of life
-TAI in Japanese verb means : to want 
So I made a word game with these double meanings.
Crimson colour also symbolizes celebration.

The calligraphy here is composed to create a feeling of firm vigorous Tai fish swimming slowly. 

The message is :

 " you were wanted to be in this world,

your life is celebrated and cherished so do love every moment of your life "

The inspiration was :

the power of positive mindfulness / vivid lively colour of crimson / love for life
